April was one one hell of a ride for me!
Now that I’m done with my day job, I have much more time. But in wrapping things up, I had a massive to-do list, so I couldn’t get as much tv/reading time as I would have liked. But here’s what I got for this month. As a spoiler, everything is a SMASH, which is frankly, the way I like it.

Both of these books are in progress, so I can’t give a final verdict yet. But so far, so good.
Demon Copperhead is my audiobook at the moment—a literary novel I came across from the comment in my Men Don’t Read? video. It’s predictably well done, but some of the events in our young protagonist’s life hit hard, so I take this one in small does.
Theft of Fire by Devon Eriksen lit the indie world on fire with its The Expanse-esque worldbuilding and hard scifi attention to detail. I’m about a quarter through and loving it! (An interview with Devon is coming to my Nonsense-Free Editor YouTube channel that you absolutely don’t want to miss!)
